Joe Moumdijan (our sales rep) and Shaun Kazemi (Sales Manager) both provided superior customer service. Joe is very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, easy to deal with and accommodating. Shaun, on the other hand, is the only Sales Manager that we have interacted with directly in the process of buying a car. (We never get to meet other Sales Managers of other brands of cars in the many years that we have bought cars.) Shaun always promptly returns calls despite his busy schedule and takes time to explain everything to us and gives us updates when he was trying to locate the high demand Nissan Pathfinder for us. He is very efficient, patient, and customer-oriented. In the end, he really delivered on his promise of locating and delivering a car to us. In fact, he beat his estimate of delivering a car to us by 2 weeks! Thanks to Joe and Shaun, my wife and I are satisfied Nissan customers.

I have bought and owned many cars in my life - Lexus - Jaguar - Mercedes... I just wanted to comment on the used - 2005 Infinity G35X I recently purchased from Roman at Woodchester Nissan. This has been my first experience with Woodchester and the staff and service I received from Roman Postepski, John Schoeck and Don Spurrell was simply put, outstanding. When you talk about teamwork and support, you have it all. Any concerns I had with the purchase were dealt with in the most professional and timely manner. I just wanted to thank you all, it is your friendly customer service that has made me feel very secure in my purchase. When I submitted a quote request I wasn`t expecting the video Paul did reviewing the features of the Rogue. It was helpful over the course of the week while debating my options to watch it vs looking on the website. And to have it personalized was nice... some may think it is gimmickie but I rather liked it! I also trusted Paul before I even met him, his quiet professional demeanour eased the anxiety of meeting the `stereotype`sales person. This video firmed my purchase with Paul before I knew the final price. He won my business....actually I should say earned it before we even spoke. Such a different experience that I can`t stop telling my story!!

We purchased a 2008 previously leased Rogue last September. Our Saleman was Roman who also went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied. When we were at the dealership this time he made a point of coming over to ask how we were enjoying the vehicle & amp; if everything was ok with it. I was impressed that he would even remember us let alone bother to take time to follow up on his sale. This is not what one usually finds with car dealers once the sale is made.

Great Customer Service
I am touching base to recognize one of your staff for excellent customer service. My Murano had to be towed to your location on Dec 27th due to an issue with the battery and alternator. The tow truck arrived at the dealership at 5:55pm, 5 minutes prior to closing. Your service advisor, Ramesh Nathwani took my details and patiently waited while the tow truck found a spot to drop off my vehicle. I asked if the shuttle was still operating. Ramesh told me it wasn't and asked where I was going. He then proceeded to offer to give me a ride to my home. This was obviously a gesture that is not expected of your employees.
I was very grateful to Ramesh as I was to attend a family event and the vehicle breaking down put me well behind schedule. Ramesh's kind act allowed me to make it in time to the event. I am very greatful to have had Ramesh as my service advisor and hope that you will recognize him for going the extra mile.
